Artist Biography
Haavo is an American artist making largely UK-influenced dance music, while also drawing from a well of Detroit sounds. Shifting between genres like UK Garage, 2-Step, Techno, Footwork, and Dark Ambient; the artist hardly ever stays in one place for long.
Currently Haavo has two releases out so far - 2023's single 'Inverse' featured on the debut Naturally Digital compilation Maiden Voltage from and this year's 'Outcome' hosted by the After Dark All-Stars compilation on the UK Garage label Wot U Sayin? After Dark based in Nottingham, UK.
Haavo will be releasing more music in 2024, including the new EP 'Forgotten' which will be out May 10th. This release was made in collaboration with Polish visual artist and painter Mateusz Lengling, with mixing/mastering and additional work by Tone Drew.
